FK Babrungas Plungė participated in the Ateitis Cup 2025 tournament – U11 Teams.
In the group stage, the FK Babrungas Plungė U11 finished in 2nd place, Earned 3 points against FA “Benfica-Ateitis” (Lithuania), drew vs FK “Žalgiris” Vilnius (Lithuania) & lost against FC Niva Vinnytsia (Ukraine).
In the second stage, FK Babrungas Plungė U11 played for 7th-12th place.
In the group, FK Babrungas Plungė U11 won against FA “Benfica-Ateitis” (Lithuania) and lost against Kauno Žalgirio futbolo akademija (Lithuania).
In the very last match, FK Babrungas Plungė U11 lost against DYUSSH-21 Kyiv (Ukraine) and finished in 10th place.
Objectivity requires us to note that our team actually showed a good result at this international tournament, in which 24 teams from different countries participated.
